Agnieszka and Daniel started December off with an overnight stay at the East Brothers Lighthouse. It was a memorable and unique experience with good food, lots of wine, and incredible views.
When we got home, the kids got to make gingerbread cookies...those poor little gingerbread men did not last long.
Ella's school posted some photos from her class. They have had many celebrations - from Diwali to Day of the Dead to Thanksgiving and Christmas.
This year, we also go to resume our annual tradition of riding the Tilden Steam Train with our friends. The night time ride takes place only several days out of December, but there are always beautiful light decorations and Santa can often be spotted on the tracks.
