Spring is here! This month saw many visits to the pool and even a spontaneous evening trip to the beach.
First some photos of the kids having fun playing dress up and having weekend adventures with Papa, while Agnieszka is at work.
One Friday evening, we spontaneously decided to drive out to the Pelican Inn, a British pub near Muir Beach for dinner. We had a lovely pint and dinner outside on their lawn and then walked down to the beach for some sunset play. The evening was warm, the beach wasn't crowded, and other than sad (and smelly) whale carcass on the beach, it was beautiful. Both children just frolicked in the sun and waves. By the time we got home, Auggie had more than 17,000 steps on his watch.
Of course, there were also some fun trips to warm walnut creek. Here are some photos of family time and play.
Pool season is open. The days are warm and the pool is...not freezing.
