As a special treat, Daniel and Agnieszka took Auggie out on a "date" one evening, while Ella helped entertain her nanny, Kristen. Per Auggie's request, we took a trip to the local Lawrence Hall of Science. The science museum and interactive lab is geared towards older kids, but we managed to catch a 3D movie about dinosaurs before going outside to Auggie's favorite place, an interactive water stream display. While Auggie spent a good hour moving little plastic slabs from one river run to the next, Daniel and Agnieszka got to enjoy one of the most incredible views of the Bay Area.
Afterwards, we made it down the hill to our favorite sushi boat restaurant and ended the day with some delicious ice cream.
